Pizza dough

1½ oz compressed fresh yeast

½ tsp sugar

3 cups flour plus extra for dusting

1 tsp salt

3 tbsp olive oil

Crumble yeast into small bowl and sprinkle with sugar

Add ½ cup lukewarm water and stir to dissolve yeast and sugar

Cover with a clean towel and proof in a warm area for 30 minutes

Sift flour into a large bowl, make a hollow in the center and add yeast mixture, salt, olive

oil and 5-7 tbsp water.

Knead until smooth and silky and shape into a ball. Dust with flour, cover, and let rise

until doubled in volume.

Pizza sauce

4 medium sized tomatoes, peeled and diced.

Half green bell pepper diced

1 tsp rep pepper

2 clove garlic

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

3 tbsp olive oil

1 oz basil

Add all ingredients to saucepan and cook on medium flame for 20 min. blend after



1oz pitted chopped calamata olives

2oz mozzarella cheese

10oz Eureka Hungarian Brand Bacon Rubbed w/ Red Pepper and Garlic, Sliced into


10 cherry tomatoes, halved.

4oz fresh basil

Roll the dough into a circle and cover with sauce. Add thin strips of red pepper bacon,

1oz pitted chopped calamata olives. Add 2oz mozzarella cheese. Slice the bacon into thin

strips that are one inch wide and add. Add halved cherry tomatoes and place in 435

degree preheated oven for 20 min. remove and add basil then slice and serve.
