Ingredients:

1 Package Conchiglie Pasta

8oz Eureka French Brand Smoked & Cooked Pork Loin

1 Green Pepper

1 Yellow Pepper

1 Red Pepper

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation:

Slice Dried Beef Soujuk

Oil pan with olive oil and place over medium flame

Add Dried Beef Soujuk to the pan and cook until sizzling

Beef Soujuk & Eggs

Ingredients:

1 Eureka Dried Beef Soujuk

4-6 whole eggs

1 tablespoon olive oil

Coarse black pepper

Preparation:

Slice Soujuk
Oil pan with olive oil and place over medium flame
Add Soujuk to the pan and cook until sizzling
Spread Soujuk over the pan
Add eggs onto pan and cook
Add Coarse Black Pepper to taste
Serve and enjoy!
