Grilled Pork loin skewers

8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 1 hour
1 piece of Eureka French Brand Pork loin
8 grape tomatoes
1 medium sized red onion, peeled

Cut the pork loin into roughly 1inch cubes
Halve then quarter the red onion. Then cut each quarter into halves or thirds so that each chunk of a few layers is approximately the size of the pork loin cubes.
Skewer 2 tomatoes, 2 onions and two pieces of pork loin per skewer.
Grill until char lines start to appear on the cubes of pork. Rotate regularly and serve hot off the grill.
