Where are you located?
 We are located in North Hollywood, CA

Do you ship internationally?
 Sorry, currently we do not ship internationally.

Do you have any stores located in my city?
 We sell to many restaurants and stores in the Los Angeles area so if you’re local, be sure to look for us. And if you’re not, please introduce us to your local stores and we’ll do our best to get out there.

What is your product availability?
 Products shown and sold on eurekasausage.com are always available. If by chance we don’t have your order, rest assured that we will make it that same day and get your order out to you immediately. We are always cooking up new products so join our newsletter so that you’re informed on products that haven’t made it to the website yet.

What carriers do you ship through?
 Our orders are shipped with USPS.

Can I select the delivery date for my order?
Yes. There is a drop down menu in the checkout process, with available delivery dates.

Can I change the delivery date?
 You can call us or email at orders@eurekasausage.com to change the delivery date once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?
 We accept all major credit cards through our Paypal account. The link is conveniently located at the checkout page.

When I submit credit card information online, is it secure? 
We chose to work with Paypal due to their unparalleled security when it comes to your sensitive payment information.

What is the credit card verification number? 
This number printed on your card provides a safeguard when a purchase is made using your credit card. It is the 3 digit code on the back of your Visa or Mastercard and American Express it the 4 digit code on the front of the card I just placed my order online.

How will I know the order was received?
 You will receive an email confirmation when the order is placed.

 

Will my order stay fresh while in transit? 
Your order will be carefully packed according the types of products you have ordered. Some of our products don’t require insulation and will be shipped accordingly. Those that do need to be kept fresh will be packaged in foam-insulated packages with reuasable icepacks. These packages not only keep your product fresh but also protect it during its journey. Every order will arrive just as fresh as if you picked it up from our factory yourself.

Can I order gifts online?
 Of course! We have many presentation options available to choose from. We take this seriously and are open to all suggestions. Just shoot us an email at gifts@eurekasausage.com and we’ll work together to create that unique gift you have envisioned. As a general rule of thumb out here…always include bacon.

Can I add a gift message to my order?
 Yes. At checkout, you have the option to add a gift message to your order. Also if you have any ideas or suggestions that you don’t see available, don’t hesitate to contact us at gifts@eurekasausage.com and we’ll collaborate on that perfect message and presentation.

What should I do with my ice gel pack once I receive my order? Do with the icepack what you will. We think they’re super useful so just refreeze them and use them for a picnic, camping trip or whatever your heart desires. Just don’t eat them. However, if you notice that they are punctured, you should throw them away.
