Ingredients:

1 Eureka Dried Beef Soujuk

4-6 whole eggs

1 tablespoon olive oil

Coarse black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Slice Soujuk
  2. Oil pan with olive oil and place over medium flame
  3. Add Soujuk to the pan and cook until sizzling
  4. Spread Soujuk over the pan
  5. Add eggs onto pan and cook
  6. Add Coarse Black Pepper to taste
  7. Serve and enjoy!
